| Okay,
if you're not Italian, try to relax a bit! This is not rocket science,
but does require a sensitivity, a passion normally associated
with Musicians!
3 of the big
cans of RED PACK or TUTTOROSSO Tomato Puree
(You can also use POPE when you want that spiritual edge!)
6 of the smaller
cans of Tomato Sauce
Okay, you pour
some really good Olive Oil (Italian please) into a big saucepan!
Then you chop
up your sausage and fresh garlic, and simmer.
When browned,
pour off the oil, add the puree, then the sauce.
Add 1 handful
of salt
A sprinkle
of Pepper
A sprinkle
of Oregano
A sprinkle
of Basil
A sprinkle
of Parsley
A handful of
grated Romano Cheese
Add some fresh
Olive Oil to attain the famous STORMSheen!
Then add water,
so it's not THICK! Yuk! STORMSauce is always light, and fluid...
MEL-IFLUOUS!
Now, just like
MUSIC, the real nature of the STORMSauce escapes these
mere and innocent words. Only in the hands of a true champion of
"good taste" will STORMSauce reach its fullest
and awe-inspiring potential!
