Recipes: STORMGnocchi!

WARNING: This is for Warrior-Class... approaching SAGE-Class STORMDirectors only!

My friends... to the best of my abilities and experience, creating Gnocchi... IS Rocket Science! I am still but a young apprentice-class Gnocchi-Maker! The process is easy to describe, but doing it like my 98-year-old Aunt Mary or my ageless Grandmother is an Art at the level of Michelangelo!

Addendum: On 8 September 2002, I made Gnoccchi with my Grandmother. Hope reigns! The Gnocchi was awesome!

3 Cups of mashed potatoes... HOT!

1 Cup of Flour

2 egg yolks

3 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese

Knead, then roll the mixture onto a floured board... (Italian wood, please!)... so that the final thickness is approximately .25 inches. Cut the dough into slices. Roll into .50 inch "tubes", and then cut these into little two-inch pieces. The resultant round nuggets of delight are GNOCCHI! Boil them for approximately 10 minutes and serve... (as if it could be something else)... with STORMSauce!

Now, just like MUSIC, the real nature of the STORMGnocchi escapes these mere and innocent words. Only in the hands of a true artisan of "touch & control" will STORMGnocchi reach its fullest and awe-inspiring potential!
