Recipes: PASTA Fagiole ala STORM!

 

Okay, if you're not Italian, try to relax a bit! This is not rocket science, but does require a sensitivity, a passion normally associated with Musicians! Pasta Fagiole is a DELICACY!

In 1 Gallon of Water add:

1 Package of Cannelini Beans (about 1 pound)

3 tablespoons of Olive Oil (Italian Please!)

1 tablespoon of Basil... ( I prefer a "sprinkling")

1 Tablespoon of Oregeno

1 Handful of Salt

1-half Handful of White Pepper

 

After soaking this through the night, you cook it down in volume by 1-half.

Add the 1/2 gallon of Water back to the mixture, which has been boiled off.

Add 4 stalks of Celery with the leaves still on.

Add Pasta!

You can also have this without the Pasta, as a kind of Soup... or you can pour it over Pasta which has been cooked separately!

YUM!

Now, just like MUSIC, the real nature of the STORMFagiole escapes these mere and innocent words. Only in the hands of a true champion of "good taste" will STORMFagiole reach its fullest and awe-inspiring potential!
